Shipping Packaging We ship all our corals in corrugated, styrofoam insulated boxes. Corals are double bagged and, depending on temperatures in your area, protected with a heat or cold pack. To ensure proper handling by the carrier, we place appropriate labels on the box. Our packaging is FedEx approved. |

Shipping Date Please be sure to tell us your desired shipping date (not arrival date) during check-out. We ship corals daily at 6pm CST Monday - Thursday. Tracking numbers will be sent to your e-mail address the day of shipment. These e-mails will be sent to you via FedEx's automated e-mail system. If you have not received your tracking number by 8pm CST, please check your bulk mail folder before contacting us. Shipping Options and Costs In an effort to offer a solution to fit everyone's budget and preference we are now offering multiple shipping options. A $5.00 box charge is added to every order. Orders over $300 ship FREE. You may combine orders with GatewayAquatics.com, our solutions to your coral and invert needs. If you are placing an order with Zomania.com and pay shipping here, you can add GatewayAquatics items for an additional $10 shipping charge. The increase in shipping cost is due to corals from GatewayAquatics.com are usually larger and thus heavier. For shipping quotes to destinations outside of the Continental US, please e-mail or call us.
To limit stress on your corals, we recommend that your package be held at your closest FedEx location until you pick it up. When temperatures in your area are above 90F or below 40F, we DO NOT offer our Live Arrival Guarantee UNLESS you select this delivery method. You must pick the shipment up by 3pm local time, or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void. Please see our Guarantees section for live-arrival guarantee information. |
