Live Arrival Guarantee

While we will work with you to reach an amicable resolution, we cannot be held responsible for any coral deaths in case of weather or mechanical failure delays on Fedex's side of the shipping process.

We will not ship if there is bad weather in Indianapolis or Memphis, depending on your routing airport. You will be contacted well in  advance so to not inconvenience your schedule. We appreciate your understanding.

We strive to do everything humanly possible to provide you with ONLY the healthiest and best corals. However, sometimes that is beyond our control. All D.O.A. must be reported via phone at 314-845-8686 or e-mail at sales@zomania.com within 2 hours of signed delivery to receive store credit (exclusive of shipping charges). Store credit may be used towards your next order.  Live Arrival Guarantee is void if package is refused or no one is available to accept delivery. For all D.O.A. we may require a water sample from your tank and/or a picture of the dead coral.

To limit stress on your corals, we recommend that your package be held at your closest FedEx location until you pick it up. When temperatures in your area are above 90F or below 40F, we DO NOT offer our Live Arrival Guarantee unless you select this delivery method. You must pick the shipment up by 3pm local time, or our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.

Store Credit

In case of D.O.A.'s we will give you store credit for lost corals (exclusive of shipping charges). Store credit must be used within 90 days or it will be void. Store credit may not be used towards shipping charges of a future order.

Order Cancelations

 All cancelations are subject to a 20% restocking fee,does not include shipping charges.
